Free In-House Consultation:
If you only need a little direction in selecting the right plants, try our FREE in-house consultation. Simply take a few pictures of the area you need help with and make a small sketch with measurements – nothing fancy, just the layout with primary measurements. Take some notes, including soil condition if you know it (e.g., wet/dry, rocky, etc.), sun exposure (e.g., morning/afternoon, filtered, shaded winter, etc.), and any other information you think may be useful in planning. Bring the photos, measurements, and notes to New Leaf Garden Market and let us help you select the right plants for your landscape. We can suggest alternatives to a traditional lawn and can guide you on how to transition from fescue lawns to low-maintenance ground covers.
On-Site Consultation:
If you need a little more guidance, or just want us to see the area in person to give our suggestions, then an on-site consultation is for you. We’ll visit your property with you as our guide and spend about an hour on site with you answering questions regarding design, proper maintenance, and other landscape issues. This is an all-verbal service, so you should take notes and be prepared with questions or topics you want to cover. We also recommend a preliminary consultation for our design customers. Walk your property with us and help us understand the garden you want so we can help you create it. Our consultation fee is $75 for the first hour, and $50 for each additional hour.
Landscape Design:
Whether it’s a simple sketch or a full-color master plan, we can create a functional and beautiful landscape plan for you – a plan that not only looks good on paper but that also works for your site and your needs. We feel a landscape plan should reflect the desires and purposes set forth by the property owner and those who plan to use it. Let us help you create your outdoor living area, children’s garden, food garden, wildlife habitat, or your ultimate dream garden. Our design services are $75 per hour.
