Specialty Horticultural Services:
Includes pruning, soil building, mulching, fertilizing, and pesticide treatments. We can help you develop a maintenance schedule for your garden and help you carry out these garden tasks. We are licensed North Carolina Pesticide Applicators and are conscience of the environment and the effects of pesticides on ecosystems. We strive to carry out the least invasive methods of pest control in your garden. Our top priority is that your garden is safe for you, your children, and your pets.
Floral Design:
We offer seasonal local flowers and are happy to create beautiful floral arrangements for any occasion. Call ahead orders are welcomed for birthdays, hostess gifts, and other special occasions. We also have the ability to create beautiful flower arrangements for weddings, showers, parties, and other special events. Please keep in mind that for larger events it may not be possible to use all locally grown flowers. We are happy to advise you as to what is available locally and what must be ordered from commercial flower growers. All special events require at least 6 weeks prior notice. Throughout the growing season, fresh bouquets are available at the Garden Market on a regular basis. We also create custom wreaths for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Premade mixed wreaths are available in season at the Garden Market and custom orders are usually ready for pickup in 2-3 business days. We also provide holiday decorating service but are limited to accepting 5 clients per holiday (please arrange this service at least 2 weeks before your requested decorating date).
